Electoral Act and Electoral Decree

The Dutch Electoral Act of 28 September 1989 contains provisions governing the franchise and elections of members of the Lower House and Upper House of the States General, the Dutch members of the European Parliament and of the members of provincial and municipal councils. The Electoral Decree of 19 October 1989 establishes new regulations for implementing the Electoral Act.
